INGREDIENTS
6 eggs (6 ovos)
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk (1 lt de leite condensado)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (uma colher de chá de extrato de Baunilha)
1 quart milk (appr. 1 litro mais meio copo)
1/3 pint heavy whipping cream (ao invéz de whipping cream / creme de leite fresco - use o creme de chantilly pronto)
1 pinch ground nutmeg (uma pitada de nozes moídas)
1 pinch salt (uma pitadinha de sal - não exagere..)

Beat eggs; mix in condensed milk, vanilla, quart of milk and salt.
Beat the whipping cream until soft peaks form. Fold in to egg and milk mixture and sprinkle with nutmeg. Serve chilled.

Bata os ovos, misture o leite condensado, a baunilha, o leite e o sal. Misture delicadamente o Creme de Chantilly ao Eggnog (obtido no primeiro passo) e salpique as nozes moídas.
